Because of a of a medical negligence Akbar’s father has passed away. He prepares everything for his little brother "Abbas" so that he can study hard in order to become a doctor.

Ali, who intends to overthrow Akbar, finally decides to face him. Ali's sister (Puri Banai) shows interest in Akbar, but Ali introduces Akbar to a dancer named Shahin (Farangis Forouhar). Akbar first encounters some of Mustafa Gavi's men and after a fight with them, he is confronted by Mustafa Gavi and burying his back. After that, Akbar returned to his hometown with Ali's sister.

Naser and Ghulam, who have been released from prison, have been living off theft. Nasser searches for Maryam (Hala Nazari) to get back the son he entrusted to him, but in the meantime, he falls in love with Maryam and marries her.

The entire city eagerly awaits Kaku’s return, anticipating his response to a collective injustice they have endured. When Kaku finally comes back, his brother is particularly eager to see him. However, in practice, Kaku appears unexpectedly tame and calm. He yearns for a peaceful life after his release from prison. As subsequent events unfold, Kaku’s capacity for serenity is tested, particularly in the incident involving his brother’s beloved girl and the final confrontation with a neighborhood bully.
