The Trapeze Artist

Krazy Kat runs his own lighthouse and when rough seas take over, he has to save a damsel in distress.

In a musical parody of "Uncle Tom's Cabin", slaves pick cotton by the ton, Simon LeGree threatens Uncle Tom with a whip, and Krazy helps Little Eva run away on ice floes created by dumping out the blocks from an ice truck. When she dies and goes to heaven, Krazy attempts to trick St. Peter into letting him in too, but he falls earthward in time to wake up, it's all a nightmare he's been having at the theatre putting on a "Tommer" show.

This was a Krazy Kat cartoon made for Charles Mintz and distributed by Columbia. While the studio originally based the character on the comic strip created by George Herriman, by 1931 he was changed in design and personality to be more like Walt Disney's popular Mickey Mouse (whose cartoons, ironically, were also distributed by Columbia at the time).

Krazy leads a group of animals in a concert. After a time, he takes on personalities of various musicians of the day.

A little girl dreams that she's in Mother Goose Land filled with all sorts of Hollywood movie stars.

Pink finds a witch's magic wand and helps a girl in rags become glamorous to win a date with Pelvis Parsley.

An aardvark tries to catch one ant without success.

The Once-ler, a ruined industrialist, tells the tale of his rise to wealth and subsequent fall, as he disregarded the warnings of a wise old forest creature called the Lorax about the environmental destruction caused by his greed.

Little Henery the Chicken Hawk wants to prove he's big enough to hunt chickens, but he doesn't know what a chicken is. He labels Foghorn Leghorn a loud-mouthed shnook and dismisses him, prompting Foggy to indignantly try to prove he's a chicken and therefore fit to be Henery's prey.

Bugs Bunny finds and rubs Aladdin's lamp and decides to follow the genie to Baghdad, where they battle Mad Man Hassan.

While reading his favorite comic book, Daffy accidentally knocks himself unconscious and dreams he's Duck Twacy, famous detective, trying to solve the case of the missing piggy banks. Taking a streetcar (conducted by Porky Pig, in a non-speaking cameo role) to the gangsters' hideout, he meets up with such grotesque criminals as Pickle Puss, Eighty-Eight Teeth and Neon Noodle.

Porky Pig goes on a hunting expedition, accompanied by his dog, and they bring home a live Daffy Duck, to put into a freezer until cooking time.

As the baby boom commences, and with the delivery service overworked, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck are placed in charge of a baby preparation factory, where they help the stork keep up.

Porky leads a wagon train into "Injun Joe Territory," and finally comes up against the fearsome Superchief. But Sloppy Moe, a survivor of a previous Injun Joe attack, knows something about him he won't tell... until the very end.

Elmer Fudd walks out of a typical Bugs cartoon, so Bugs gets back at him by disturbing Elmer's sleep using "nightmare paint."
