Several directors from countries of the region were invited to create stories taking place in and around the beautiful city of Istanbul, in the vein of “Paris, je t’aime” and “New York, I love you”. They come together to remind viewers that Istanbul’s history does not belong only to the people of Turkey.

Fifteen-year old Cihan accompanies his grandmother on a journey to Turkey, to attend a wedding. They have not much in common and have to spend a whole day together in Istanbul.

Veteran math teacher Hilmi is preparing the earthquake survivor Ela for her college applications and is mentoring Ali, the doorman's son, who flunked for the second time at school. As they seek refuge from loneliness in each other, they slowly find themselves in an uncanny triangle, where all boundaries dissolve.

A bunch of friends gather in a house playing video games and having fun. They don't answer the phone calls, they don't stand emotional musics and they get melancholic when someone among them leaves the room. It seems like there is more than meets the eye.

A young girl gets into a taxi to go home in the evening; from the first minute, she doesn't get along with the taxi driver, who, citing heavy traffic, takes a route the girl doesn't know but which the driver claims to know very well. This journey through the back streets of the city holds surprises for both of them.
