Francisco is unhappy about his body.

In the sports court of a school, dancers rehearse under the watchful eye of a choreographer. Tensions haunt personal desires as they are observed by a rival troupe.

In the year 2040, the city of Recife, Brazil, is deserted and in ruins, abandoned by the wealthy who migrated to space colonies. One young man, bored in his new address, decides to return. In Recife, he redecorates his old house and spends his time reading, walking and getting involved with various men. Gradually, however, he perceives strange signs and discovers the existence of a secret cult.

Cecília, a successful young model, returns to Recife, her hometown, to spend Christmas with her mother. One night, a neighbour she hadn’t seen for a long time, João, shows her a bottle with a mysterious and intoxicating green substance. Cecília begins to fall in love with João, but also discovers he is involved in a secret cult around the figure of Salomé, the luxurious biblical princess.

A documentary experiment that fictionalizes the reality of part of the LGBTQ+ community in Recife. For two years, with a cybershot in his hands, the director captured the attempts to maintain a network of affection between his friends and how this somehow results in cultural productions.
