The ten-year-old orphan Borisek is fathered by the entire military unit. The boy serves there with determination as a medic. When he and the soldiers reach Bohemia, he meets the mother of the soldier he saw die, but for a long time he does not find the courage to tell her the cruel truth...

Young Suvorov cadet Mihas visits his grandfather, Yakub, a forester living in a region once marked by partisan battles against German forces. As they explore the forest and its history, they cross paths with Glushka, a guide secretly working for foreign intelligence.

The film was set in Russia during World War II and is about a 5 year old girl searching for her partisan leader father while escaping from the Nazis. Nazis, trying to catch 5 years old girl to make her their hostage, because her father is the Soviet partisan commander, and young boy trying to save her. For some time, when little baby was lost in the forest alone or when Nazis finally caught two children your hope is almost broken.

A story of eleven years old Mikolka and his adventures during October Revolution.

On the way from famine-stricken Moscow to the countryside, little Anyuta becomes separated from her mother at one of the railway stations. Ending up at the farmstead of a Belarusian kulak, the girl becomes an unwitting participant in the class struggle in the village.
