After narrowly escaping the date with his life, Casey vows, single-handedly, to rid his neighborhood of crime. Armed with a golf bag full of clubs and wearing a terrible hockey mask, Casey roams the alleys at night, ruthlessly defeating any delinquent who is unlucky enough to cross his path. The misguided crusader soon sinks and an unlikely ally of the sewers is forced to intervene before the vigilante annihilates all the criminals in the city.
