Not Now, Sweetheart

In 2003–2004, Vasilis Tsivilikas adapted and directed Robin Howdon's comedy "Drunken Sweets" at the Gloria Theater. The performance was re-aired on August 20, 2006, as well as on ANT1 Pacific.

Lalakis Makrikostas, CEO of a large company, uses his position to go to Kalamata for an inspection at the branch there, leaving his wife Popi alone at home and taking his mistress Lolota with him on the train. Suspicious that he is cheating on her, his wife decides to give him a taste of his own medicine. She accepts the charming Nikos Koutroumpas's proposal to spend a weekend together in Thymaria, as guests of stationmaster Stelios Molfetis...

A theatrical performance.

The play is a farce that follows the attempts of a spendthrift couple living in debt to get out of financial trouble by keeping the entire amount of an unexpected inheritance without giving anything to their creditors. Unbelievable disguises, entanglements, and twists go hand in hand with physical and verbal gags, mainly from the protagonist. There are many good laughs with the protagonist's sudden entrances. First, Tsivilikas hangs from the ceiling, covered in gunpowder, then Tsivilikas bursts in wearing a sombrero as a Mexican cousin and sings Baila morena, then appearing dressed in rags because he lost his clothes in the river, and later still dressed as a monk with a belly from fasting too much.

Vasilis Tsivilikas is running for mayor, not in Athens but in London. In this English comedy, he plays a Conservative Party candidate for mayor of London who is forced to impersonate a starlet in order to get involved in various adventures...

A hilarious romantic comedy about people's behavior and dreams when money falls from the sky! The play begins as an unrestrained farce, only to end up as a hymn to friendship and human solidarity, amid a barrage of explosions, gunfire, and... destruction.

An exercise in skill for the actors, as two different families coexist in the same interior space (living room, bedroom, children's room, dining room, kitchen) but in different houses (front doors, courtyard, hall).

A seamstress, Rena, unable to deliver a dress due to the strict safety measures of the hotel in which a famous football player is staying, gets really upset and hits him. The daughter of ignoring their financial situation and believes that her mother is a hotel guest. Suddenly Mama Leni gets a letter from her daughter, she says coming to Athens for vacation with his fiancé Johnny and his father in law of Pete.
