Persona Perpetua

A man mixes his everyday life with his dark and wonderful unconscious world. His humanity lurks constantly and notions of reality or dreams are lost. Almost no plot at all. Peruvian surrealism inspired by early Bunuel, early Lynch (especially 'The Grandmother'), Jodorowsky and material like 'Vase de Noces'.

An elderly mother lives the last years of her life at home in the care of her daughters. In this atmosphere of serenity in which they lead their daily lives, an awareness of death emerges. Silence and loneliness create an atmosphere of gloom where hope and faith seek shelter from extinction.
