Can't Wait Till I'm Out of K-12 - The Global Streaming Concert Event

This year's iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour included performances from artists including Cher, Sabrina Carpenter, OneRepublic, Niall Horan, Doechii, Big Time Rush, Jelly Roll, AJR, Pentatonix, Melanie Martinez, Paul Russell and more.

Cry Baby, a strong and sensitive girl, is sent off to a disturbing sleepaway school that’s hidden underneath a grandiose façade. Luckily, she has a sweet and unapologetic best friend who sticks up for her when she gets bullied by the other students whose brains are under control by the Principal and his wicked staff. With the help of the magical friends they meet along the way, as well as an Angelic Spirit Guide, they are able to gain the strength they need to fight off the school’s belligerent patriarchal conditioning.

Today you'll witness a cautionary fable. A girl named Circle will lose what makes her human in order to better perform as a pawn and conduit for the very powerful people at HADES TECH. She is their sacrifice. But don't fret, sometimes the darkness of the world must be exposed in order to act as a catalyst toward change and growth. Let her story inspire you to keep your soul protected. To come together against oppressive corporations and fight for our collective humanity. A live performance art piece by Melanie Martinez that serves as listening event for her latest album, HADES. Live from London, England on March 17, 2026.

A collaboration series with Melanie Martinez and YouTube Music looking into the inspiration behind K-12. Melanie Martinez's creative drive and talents as a visual artist have long distinguished her from other musicians. With her debut album Cry Baby, Melanie introduced the world to her distinctly original vision with hits like “Pity Party”, “Pacify Her”, “Alphabet Boy”, “Carousel” and “Sippy Cup”. Creating unique music videos for each album track, including “Soap/Training Wheels” and “Tag, You're It/Milk and Cookies”, Melanie portrays the traumas and insecurities of the album's titular character over a bed of electro pop, alternative and hip-hop. Her latest triumph K-12, an inspired new album and feature film directed by and starring Melanie, brings together a melting pot of low-key hip-hop, soulful pop and indie-leaning electro with whimsical, surreal visuals and magical realism to stunning results.
