I wanted to make a film about polyamory, because I firmly believed that I would love all partners equally. As a relationship became more intense, the foundations I wanted to explore began to conflict with the reality I was experiencing, and the direction of the film changed.

In a suffering country somewhere in the near future, a community of misfits who live in a state of decadence and paranoia, tries to claim a decent life, fighting against an authoritarian oppressive regime.

On the warmest day of the year, two boys meet. A few hours later, a pigeon gets trapped with them. During this heatwave, all creatures dream of escaping from the city that is burning.
