An emergency physician is accused of negligence, imprisoned, and banned from practising medicine. Released on parole, he gets a job as an ambulance driver. Being part of the ER crew, he can’t hide his medical expertise and keeps saving lives, even if ‘unofficially’. He only wants one thing — to legally practice medicine again. The life of the ER station consists of dramatic and often unconventional medical cases and tumultuous relationships inside the team. The characters’ life stories are troubled, but love heals all their wounds. Meetings and goodbyes, parents and children, personal dramas: it’s all connected in the show while the characters look for and find ways out of the most challenging professional and romantic situations.

Lyokha, a former police sniper with post-traumatic stress disorder, in the midst of an alcoholic binge learns about the fatal illness of his sister Katya. Katya does not want her daughter to be sent to an orphanage after death, and asks Lyokha to take up her head so that he becomes a guardian for an eight-year-old girl. Lyokha has already lost many close people in his life, so he does everything to help his sister: he picks up old connections and gets a job at the police station. The area turns out to be difficult. The criminals that Lyokha must catch are fairy-tale characters: the Serpent Gorynych, Baba Yaga and other evil spirits. And if the former sniper does not have problems with the capture of villains, then attempts to become a good guardian become a real test for Lyokha.

Seva and Oksana are over forty. They have three children, a large apartment in the center of Moscow, and both have established careers. An enviable life, they are an exemplary couple. Caught in the midst of minor conflicts, accumulated claims and low self-esteem, Oksana cheats on Seva for the first time in 20 years of marriage and ... confesses this to her husband. Instead of the inevitable drama, Oksana suggests that Seva try... an open marriage. Seva reluctantly agrees, because he himself has been living by double standards for a long time, he has a mistress, his youngest son's teacher. After all, it's a win-win for him. Olga's father, Yuri Gennadievich, a former football player, drinks hard and constantly lies, which often leads to scrape. And sister Lena is trying to live at the expense of men - mostly married. Eternally saving relatives from troubles, Olga lives a strange life and rarely thinks of herself until Grisha, a young and positive driver of the “Sable” hearse, falls in love with her.

The brilliant cashier Alexey Voronov goes on the run. Fearing persecution, he decides to plant a "drop" instead of himself, Yura Afanasyev, a provincial loser, like two drops of water similar to Voronov himself. However, the ideal plan gets out of control: Voronov gets shot in the head, and Afanasyev is saved by Alexei's guards, mistaking him for his boss.

A guest who comes to the studio seems to see himself through a magnifying glass, because all the details are taken into account in the parody: the character's manner of dressing, speaking, diction features, plastic, makeup, hairstyle. The uniqueness of the project is that in addition to entertainment, the program also has a developmental function. After all, our guest, who is being parodied, has a chance to look at himself from the outside, to see his shortcomings and advantages. Some people like themselves, and some don't. But the main thing is that no one remains indifferent.

Rita, 33, works on television and gives the impression of a successful girl. However, in fact, there is an emptiness in her soul. I don't like my job, I don't have any family, friends or relatives either. Not to mention the man — Rita's loneliness is brightened up only by a stuffed ferret, which she keeps in a place of honor in a rented apartment. The ruthless diagnosis that she learns about, it would seem, should finally kill all hopes of happiness. But it is he who becomes the starting point for her healing, getting rid of fears and finding true love.
