Matar El Hob

A comedic play about a struggling theater cast seeking funding to show one of its plays. They stay in a hotel waiting for the financier, but they don't have money to pay the hotel bill, thus getting them into troubles.

In the blasting heat of a Friday afternoon in Cairo, a group of people – among them a movie star, a thief, a madman, a cook and a pregnant woman – find themselves trapped in an elevator for 12 hours.

When her stepfather tries to rape her, Amal kills him and flees. She finds refuge in the house of the fine artist Ahmed Khaled who falls for her, but his protégé, the sculptor Sherif, also falls for her and competes with Ahmed to win her favor.

Three prisoners escape from prison trying each of them to implement a random idea wandering around in his mind, the first tries to steal a smuggling gang, the second tries to retrieve the girlfriend for whom he entered the prison, and the third returns to retrieve what he had hid under a tree.

The novelist Sami Al-Bagouri finds himself in trouble when he is caught between his jealous wife Zahra and the ghost of his late wife Fekria who discovers that he took another wife.

Adel Imam and neighbour Abdel Moneim Madbouly are taken to a Police station after an altercation with a bus conductor. They are mistakenly arrested with a group of suspected terrorists and taken to a maximum security jail.

A cowardly, weak-eyed man loses his glasses in the street and suddenly a lion appears in front of him and is believed to be a sheep. He decides to imprison it in a butcher shop to discover that he is imprisoned a lion.

Rayya and Sekina, two poor sisters, kill their stepmother Ammuna and seize her gold, and to bury her body, Rayya marries Hasab Allah, and Sekina marries Abdel Aal, who works in the police station, so that he would dispel suspicions against them. Over time, they get used to bringing women to their homes, killing them, and stealing their gold.

Based on Marc Camoletti's play "Boeing Boeing", the story follows the womanizing exploits of Mounir (Fouad El Mohandes), an air traffic controller juggling five different air-hostess girlfriends from all over the world. His fiancée Mona (Shouweikar), an Egyptian air-hostess, threatens to dump him if he doesn't quit his playboy lifestyle. Mounir thus decides to seek help from a prominent - albeit sexually frustrated - psychiatrist (Abdel Moneim Madbouly).

The play revolves around the doctor, Nashat, who meets a naughty girl on one of his nights who drives him home after losing consciousness and sleeping in his house in red pajamas. The comic events begin when his uncle comes to visit him after a long break and thinks that she is his wife and invites them to his daughter's wedding party to rob this girl of the minds of everyone present.

A government employee named Karim has two beautiful daughters whom he raised well. They are (Karima) and (Hoda). Karima does not care about anything except her clothes and adornments. She hesitates about love and marriage between two people: (Kamal), the wealthy, frivolous young man, and her cousin, the engineer (Ahmed), the ambitious, struggling young man. She pays dearly for her hesitation. Her sister (Hoda) determined the course of her life from the beginning, so she chose to marry her other cousin and start their life together from scratch, a life based on love and familiarity between them.

The film's events revolve around a family consisting of seven children, and the work discusses the problems of each son, such as Nabila, whose husband refuses to have children and threatens to separate her when he learns of her pregnancy, as well as the problems of university students between ambition and love. The film reviews the difficulties that parents face in bearing the burdens of their children.

Abduljawad is separated from his wife Iglal, and he left her with their children Hashim and Samira. Hussein proposes to Samira, but when Hussein's father insists on meeting Abduljawad, she turns to her brother Hashim, to persuade their father to go and see Igalal who still loves him.
