Lupa finds the drug addict Gladki who escaped from the hospital. She locks him in a rented room with the intention of helping him get rid of his addiction. But in between the walls of the isolated room the boundaries between the prisoner and the warden start to disappear. Horrible secrets are uncovered and Lupa begins to fight for her own freedom. Five young men, each without a job, spend most of their time together at a local bar seeing how much beer they can drink without paying. Occasionally outside events intrude on their easy-going lifestyle, such as searching for a missing car, and the appearance of an attractive young hairdresser and her friend.

Tom (4 years old), Suzanne (8) and Derek (10) spend the weekend with their grandparents. But nothing is as usual: Grandpa seems to be elsewhere; Tom wonders where Grandma has gone, she who always tells him incredible stories; Derek is hard at work renovating the old apple tree hut. So following in the footsteps of her ancestor, Suzanne improvises herself as a storyteller to illuminate the house with imaginary and wonderful stories and try to fill the absence of Grandmother. The movie is an adaptation of three tales written by Arnost Goldflam.

During a routine morning walk in the forest, a hedgehog finds a luscious red apple and decides to bring it home, however, this causes a dispute between him and his squirrel neighbor who also has her sights set on the delicous red fruit, creating a rift within their friendship.

Children's games are without boundaries, even between war and play.

Koyaa is painting a wooden chair. He notices he got some of the blue paint on the trashcan, too. He tries wiping the stain but that just smears it around, so he decides to paint the whole can blue instead. The can resists, rolling off on its little wheels, racing and chomping, as it goes, on the newspaper Mr Raven was using to build his birdhouse. Koyaa needs a clever way to catch it!

While Mr Raven is crafting a cardboard birdhouse, Koyaa is preparing to paint. As he grabs his brush, the canvass starts folding all by itself, turns into a paper airplane, and flies off. Koyaa will need a special plan to outsmart the tricky paper sheet.

Žan is in the seventh grade and an excellent student. He is dedicated to astronomy most of his time and is much better than his coevals so in the school club he is the one selected to participate in the republic competition. A year ago, Igor, a nine grader was as well at the competition. Although he was successful, the second place he won was not good enough for him, so he gave astronomy up. Now, however, he is witnessing Žan's success and becomes very envious.
