Goner

A young heroin addict roams the streets of New York to panhandle and get her next fix, while her unstable boyfriend drifts in and out of her life at random.

A short film based on the literary work of author Kathy Acker. Set in the 60's and 70's, a young female writer explores her identity through sex and writing.

A horrifying repetition of the word "ALMOST"

Rhythmic repetition: Beat-Beat-Beat-Beat-Beat...& Perv.

Starring director Abel Ferrara and writer Alissa Bennett, Head and Hands centers around a conversation regarding Pier Paolo Pasolini's life and death. Spiraling out from there, the story breaks into an unconventional and tangential narrative about love, hustlers, desire, drugs, conspiracy, film scripts, and the actress Zoë Lund. Head and Hands is a fascinating look at the obsessive forces at play and self-destructive tendencies that often accompany creative brilliance.

Legs. Torso. A whole house shaking...

You’re pretty (1999) takes place in a cavelike basement in which a frantic young man alternately scratches a vinyl record on the floor and emphatically embraces an amplifier while repeating the title phrase.

Begins with a low-angled, handheld close-up of a young woman trudging forward with panicked breath. She moves through the interior of a small apartment, repeatedly whimpering the phrase, ‘Oh no’.

Combining the natural landscape of the beach and the Titan Nova crane as prop, the footage is edited to create an unnatural private space.

A frame tunes up into focus.
