Japanese band Aomori Hensou is the only thing that makes Mei Bo feels alive in this mundane city until she meets Lily, her new neighbour. It happens that Lily is also a huge fan of the band so they start to get along with each other like twin sisters. They wander around the city, from second-hand CD shops, to goldfish market, and other secret spots that nobody knows. Lily eventually gets tired of the excitement from Mei Bo and starts exploring the city on her own. One day Lily appears at the door of Mei Bo’s home together with the news of the break up announcement of their favourite band, but there is only an empty room left in front of her.

One day, the Kowloon Emperor TSANG Man-choi pays a visit to OR Siu-yat, his guard dog of previous life and a current staff of the Community Improvement Bureau, with an incredible story and request. According to TSANG, the Bureau’s plan to redevelop To Kwa Wan will destroy an ancient seal and unleash a vengeful evil spirit, Princess Kwong Tak, who was murdered by TSANG’s ancestor 400 years ago. To save themselves OR must assist TSANG to destroy the evil spirit. In this rare gem of a martial arts/fantasy short film, the impossible battle between human and spirit is playfully visualised.

At a zhizha shop, paperservant dolls eagerly await their destiny of being sent to serve their masters in the underworld. They must be sent out within forty-nine days following their masters’ death, or end their unfulfilled existence as waste paper. Old Mr. Yeung, owner of the zhizha shop, is determined to keep the artisan trade alive. Yet with the old neighbourhood being redeveloped, the shop’s business dwindles along with the chance for the kind-hearted Lo-mui and Kam-lo, two paper dolls crafted by old Mr. Yeung, to find a master. The dolls hatch a plan to escape in a race against time before their demise.

Liza, once a notorious mob boss, has always been strategically planning the career of her only son Yan. Ting and her friends go to Mui Wo where they see cows freely walking around. Someone appears and reminds them not to disturb the cows. The next day comes the news that seven cows were killed in a car accident at Mui Wo, which catches Ting and her friends’ attention. Ting starts a fundraising campaign hoping to build a cows’ shelter but is taken as an act to trick people’s money. The disheartened situation brings Ting to revisit the site, where she meets Sunset, the cow caretaker whom they have met before. She eventually develops a sense of responsibility to protect the cows when one day Sunset asks her to inherit the post of caretaker from him.

One sunny day during the summer holidays, two brothers have an extraordinary mission to fulfil. The mature elder brother finishes all the housework methodically while taking care of his little brother. His final task is to hang the blanket in the sun, and little brother insists on tagging along. They need to find an ideal location which is not easy as every spot is occupied on such a sunny day. Together they journey on and meet an assortment of characters and challenges.
