Anna is in NY writing roach killer commercials while being infatuated with Marta a Barcelona based actress. Anna decides to get out of the closet and she does it to non other than to Marta's partner.

Two friends begin a lesbian relationship.

In Barcelona, Anna is a tour guide working on her monologue, in which she's a Communist housewife whose lesbian neighbor is an object of curiosity. She's sent an audition tape to San Francisco's Another Stage. While giving a tour, she meets Montserrat, American, Jewish, teaching in Barcelona and unhappy with her job. Montserrat, claiming "I'm not a lesbian," approaches Anna; they start a relationship, and with occasional trips to the Costa Brava, it becomes a romance. Anna helps Montserrat find another job, but it's in the States. Their parting seems inevitable. They take a last trip to the Costa Brava and keep praying. Does God have a miracle in store?

Toñi a trans woman asks a miraculous saint in a church to have a boyfriend, and that is how Lahcen appears in their life, a young Moroccan immigrant who has just arrived in Spain, with whom they will fall in love.

This wacky farce follows Rosa, a bungling employee who is hired as CEO of a sanitary napkin Company. After it is discovered that stress, brought on by men, is decreasing women's menstruation cycles, Rosa, with the aid of an ever-so-cute scientist develops a plan to rid the world of stress, bring world peace and provide plenty of job opportunities (even the Pope's position is available). A wildly rebellious comedy about female empowerment, a world without men and sanitary napkin sales!
