Still Game: Live in Glasgow

This ever-popular opera is given a fresh point of view in Barrie Kosky’s highly physical production, originally created for Frankfurt Opera. The Australian director is one of the world’s most sought-after opera directors, whose Royal Opera debut with Shostakovich’s The Nose in 2016 was greeted with delight. For Carmen he has devised a far-from-traditional version, incorporating music written by Bizet for the score but not usually heard, and giving a new voice to the opera’s endlessly fascinating central character.

Dave Gorman, a British Comedian, undertakes a challenge set by his flat mate Danny Wallace, to find 54 of his namesakes (1 for every card in the deck, including jokers). The show is presented over a series of six episodes by Dave Gorman himself in what can only be described as a lecture format. The series charts the trials and tribulations that greet Dave as he attempts to complete his task.

Victoria Wood presents the true story behind Britain's timeless comedy. Includes footage of the cast on location and incredible personal tales about the making of the series. Was Arthur Lowe really just like Captain Mainwaring? Why did the warden always end up in the water? And how did Corporal Jones find a bomb down his trousers? Find out why Dad's Army was the Queen Mother's favourite show.

The Goodies finally return to television after nearly 25 years with a compilation of classic clips, interviews and new material.

One of the most beloved editions of the show, as Clive chats to a biscuit inventor who was abducted by aliens; Scunthorpe's football manager; a suspended high court judge and a rock legend - all of whom bear a resemblance to Peter Cook.

Two teams fight it out to dodge detention, and put the cool back into school, in a mischievous mix of tongue-in-cheek comedy, off-the-wall questions, nonsensical studio games and slapstick challenges.
