THE INNER VOICE is the story of one man's mission to become a famous motion picture director. Blind ambition drives him to lose sight of everything and everyone around him - as if he were on a "mission" from "God" - until he loses it all and learns that respect and friendship are the only values that matter.

While fighting on the frontlines of France, American soldier Robert is taken captive by German forces. The life of a prisoner of war is bleak, but Robert finds hope and solace in a beautiful local woman named Catherine.

Jerry (Jamie Draven) was an idealist when he served in the first Gulf War. But when he was later deployed to Iraq, Jerry was an older man, a father of three and embittered by broken promises and unfulfilled desires. When Jerry returns from Iraq he has been transformed by horrors that cannot be forgiven. He lives a life of poverty, his children afraid of him and his wife, Nora (Vinessa Shaw), unsympathetic and unhappy. When Jerry discovers that Nora has betrayed him, his anger and despair drive him to commit an act so heinous and irreversible that nothing he had experienced in combat could have prepared him for.

A high school jock bets his friends that he can score with the school beauty queen, who is also a virgin.

When odd reports are received through official channels stating that the President of the United States is being held captive on a secret international moon base called Vegan and that he has been replaced on Earth by a clone, the US Marshall Service immediately sends their 'best' man, Dix, on the mission.

A ghost is discovered in a deserted hotel.
