Zeynep, a member of a gang of professional thieves, is tasked with seducing the chosen victims. The new victim of the group is Kenan Hanoglu, a composer.

Saim and Nazım, who are musicians, travel by ship to Istanbul. On board, they rescue a woman named Belma who is about to commit suicide. Belma was raised by her step-aunt after being left orphaned. Now her step-aunt is taking her to Istanbul to marry her off to her brother. Belma does not want to marry a man she does not love, but she cannot defy her aunt. Therefore, Saim and Nazım will try to prevent the wedding.

In this satirical comedy, Sadri Alışık portrays Marko Paşa, a fictionalized version of the esteemed Ottoman physician and humanitarian Marko Apostolidis. The film humorously explores the character’s role as a compassionate listener to the public’s woes, reflecting the real-life saying “Tell your troubles to Marko Paşa”.

The film focuses on the changing relationships between Münir, his wife Perihan, and their friend Kenan as a result of a misunderstanding. Münir is a passionate musician and composer. He does not show his compositions to anyone other than his wife Perihan and his close friend Kenan. Kenan and Perihan, who find Münir's compositions very successful, devise a plan. They submit the compositions to a composition competition without Münir's knowledge. However, when Münir learns of their secret meetings, he misinterprets the relationship. As a result, his relationship with Perihan and Kenan deteriorates. When Münir's composition wins the competition, everything comes to light. However, undoing what has happened during this process will not be easy for anyone.

After the wedding, when Orhan returns home with his wife, he will learn that his father-in-law has coincidentally rented Ayfer's house.
