Rocio, a Colombian immigrant living in New York, is forced to work as a cleaner. After a phone call with her family, she learns that her grandmother is severely ill and is about to pass away. While communicating at a distance becomes more difficult, Rocio will use technology to say farewell her grandmother.

On the anniversary of Marisol’s husband’s death, her neighbor’s construction uncovers human remains. The coincidence of this discovery terrorizes Marisol, a superstitious visionary, to face her own mortality.

Rumors spread like wildfire in a small Chilean town as an aborted fetus is found floating on a lake. A single mother and saleswoman’s values and morals are put to test when she discovers the culprit to be one of her young female clients.
