The film is set in the backdrop of IT Industry. Dileep appears as a young software engineer working in Mumbai and who aspires to migrate to a foreign country while Mamta plays the role of his boss.

Sreekuttan, a farmer whose life is confined to his farm and crops, struggles when his city-bred and tech-savvy nephew and niece come to stay with him.

Vinayan, an orphan, has had a trail of unsuccessful business ventures to his "credit". And stands in the way of his marriage to his sweetheart, Meenakshi. When a legal, yet unethical opportunity comes calling he finds it testing his love and resolve.

Two men meet by chance, setting off a night of chaos with romance and action, as their paths cross and intertwine through various unexpected events.

When a thief tries to steal the idol of the goddess Bhagavathy and almost drowns in the process, she comes in person to rescue him. She then ends up living in his house for a week, till her idol is consecrated at the new temple and she can reside there again.
