After an argument with his mother, 12-year-old Dan, who suffers from scoliosis, seeks love and intimacy from 17-year-old Anna, who is supposed to look after him. While his mother, who works for a security company, is on the night shift, Dan and Anna cross set boundaries.

The Newt Congress

For years now, giant talking newts have been used both for their labor and as laboratory animals. The Newt Congress takes place at a conference building surrounded by nature where participants have come together to optimize the exploitation of the animals. The short film is a free adaptation of Karel Čapek‘s War with the Newts.

A Brief Appearance of Neon

Once a year, the operators of a potassium mine host a race across their mine dump. A white path guides the guests across the machine-made landscape. Their appearance is as sudden as their disappearance.
