'Twas the Night Before Christmas

Mowgli, a boy raised by wolves in the jungle, lives great adventures alongside Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther. However, his peace is threatened when the fearsome tiger Shere Khan returns determined to hunt him down. This colorful 90s adaptation stands out for its lighthearted approach, comedy gags, and fun supporting characters.

As a merchant sets off for market, he asks his three lovely daughters what they would like as a present upon his return. His youngest daughter, who he adoringly calls Beauty, replied. "All I'd like is a rose you've picked specially for me." Remembering his promise to Beauty he plucks a rose, enraging the owner of the rosebush, a fearsome boarlike beast who inhabits the nearby castle. The Beast agrees to spare his life, but on one condition, that he brings him the daughter for which he plucked the rose.

Hercules was a man of great endurance and strength, honored in his Greek tale. Hera, Queen of the Gods, is jealous of Hercules and his father Zeus. When Hercules is boastful and brash, Hera inflicts him with a terrible fate. Hera tricks him into blind destructiveness then forces him to atone for his actions. Hercules admits his faults and takes on the famous Labours of Hercules.

The annual village sleigh race has arrived once again, and Tom's rickety sleigh is the cause of such amusement amongst the villagers. When his rival George decides to cheat in the race, Tom's chances of winning seem even less likely. But will Tom's friend's be there to help him win the race and the affections of Miss Bright?

Mamma Bear, Poppa Bear and Baby Bear live in a cazy and tidy cottage in the woods. The entire Bear family is a very neat, but Baby Bear is so particular that Momma Bear thinks he may be just a bit too fussy. When Momma Bear cooks up a lovely bubbling pot of creamy porridge, they all agree that it's too hot to eat and decide to take a walk while it cools. While they are away, Goldilocks, an unusually clusmy girl, stumbles upon and through Poppa Bear's garden, crashes into the cottage, pirates the porridge, fouls up the furniture and finally falls asleep in Baby Bear's bunk. When the Bears return home they can't belive the damage, but Baby Bear has to laugh he sees the mess!

The Woodcutter and his wife love their son Tom Thumb, even though he is no taller than his mother's thumb! But they are very poor, and so one day when two men offer to buy Tom Thumb to help make their fortunes, Tom tells his father to accept the money, which he does with great misgivings. Tom, however, sets off on the adventures of a lifetime.

The beloved fairy tale is brought to life, faithfully following the traditional storyline, with gentle touches of humor.

The philosophical adventures of Murun Buchstansangur, a depressive, somewhat neurotic creature who lives in a crack under a kitchen cupboard. The series was notable for its oblique, downbeat tone. Perhaps unsurprisingly, given his surroundings, Murun was a somewhat melancholy, philosophical character, though he was not lonely - in fact he had quite a large number of friends, neighbours, family members and acquaintances. Rather than Murun having exciting adventures, the narrative of each episode usually centred around a problem or dilemma that Murun would ponder, sometimes helped by his friends and relatives.
