Summer in Uruguay. The Saldaña family are looking after the house of their well-off neighbors, the Pernas. Having the key to temptation, they decide to abuse their duties and spend the holidays there. What begins as an innocent game quickly escalates to a full-out confrontation between the families after the unexpected disappearance of the Pernas' dog.

An Argentinian money exchanger finds himself involved in a series of problems that lead him on a marathon odyssey against the clock.

Morán works as a clerk in a bank in Buenos Aires. He is as good as invisible to his colleagues. Over dinner with his colleague Román, Morán tells him that he stole exactly $650,000, which is exactly double what he would have made until his retirement. He plans to turn himself in, but not before offering Román to split the money if agrees to hide it for the duration of his incarceration.

Sergio, Mali and Luz reluctantly agreed to spend Christmas in the country with their mother; in part because of the guilt they feel about saying no when she has just come out of the hospital after a heart attack, but also because it would be nice to escape from their frustrations for a while.

Victoria Morán is 36 years old. She has a family, a husband, a daughter, dogs and a house. And Victoria sings wonderfully well. She sings tangos and songs from other regions of Latin America. Eleven young film-makers got together to collaborate in this atypical project. Atypical not only because of its technical specs, but because of its narrative structure. There are several scenes with only the city in common, and more as a conceptual presence at that than as a precise geography. None of those scenes contains a single "story": Each one of them is part of a larger situation that we cannot see, as though the beginning and end of each "story" had to be filled in by the audience.

A young man decides to self-examine. He escapes from school and meets two friends who do not know his plan. They spend the whole day wandering around the center of Buenos Aires. Finally, the young man leaves his friends in a train while they sleep. The young man, alone, wanders through the city through the night. Security cameras monitor the city, but the young man disappears.

Agustín (32) returns to the city where he was born, after 6 years of absence, to watch the legal process in which he will be tried for the - supposedly - murder of his father and mother. Alone and in constant alert, he begins to experience acts of violence. Agobiado, he meets an enigmatic and unpredictable young woman who shows him other ways of experiencing isolation.

This is the journey of Juan – who could well be Pedro or María – a man who lives and works on the river in Argentina. Next, it is Johannes’ journey – he could well be Claus or Franz –who lives in Germany and whose life doesn’t seem to be very different from Juan’s. But at the same time, it is.

A bellhop and a young receptionist at a five-star hotel in Buenos Aires set out at night to investigate and unravel the secrets of the guests. However the guests do not reveal very much and the two go increasingly adrift through their curiosity.
