Cine Centímetro

COPA 181 is the first feature film by Brazilian director Dannon Lacerda. It is a 100% independent production that deals with the relationship of a couple that is affected by the events in a gay sauna. Awarded in several festivals in Brazil and in other countries, the director had the premiere of his film at the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival in October 2017.

Two friends move to Rio de Janeiro and begin to perceive each other better through daily and close coexistence, which shows signs of new possibilities for affection and rapprochement.

Addresses the relationship of Fernando and Caio, starting with a strong physical attraction but ends up bumping into in the absence of dialogue.

In an urban village surrounded by the concrete of Campo Grande (MS), Ailton, an Indigenous man of the Terena people, raises his voice against erasure. A leader in his community, he resists the State’s attempts to turn the village into a mere housing development, as well as the churches' efforts to suppress ancestral spirituality and knowledge. Starring non-professional Indigenous actors and inspired by real events lived by the protagonist, the short film reveals the daily life of struggle, faith, and belonging in the urban villages of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Living in a conservative society, the triplets break the barrier of invisibility and silence by narrating moving passages of their lives in Guia Lopes da Laguna (MS), a border region with Paraguay.
