Karthik(Nagarjuna) is a rich architect in Ooty. He falls in love with Padhu(Gracy Singh). Padmavathi takes her own sweet time to accept Karthik's love. Padmavathi has a cute cousin sister Bhanu (Shriya). Bhanu encourages their love and gives courage to Padhu. When Padhu reveals about her love, her father Rama Chandraiah (K. Viswanath) resists and asks her to marry the guy he has chosen for her. Padhu flees from home and marries Karthik. Padmavathi is very eager to get back to her parents and get their blessings. Karthik and Padmavathi migrate to New Zealand and they give birth to a kid named Lucky. Padhu dies in an accident. Rama Chandraiah has a very big joint family. A few of the family members opine that inviting Karthik and his kid for a marriage to be happened at their place would give an opportunity to get a closer look at Lucky.

Two feuding neighbouring families are brought together to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Vishnupratap Singh (Vikram Gokhale) and his wife (Farida Jalal), much to the dislike of Rudra Pratap (Sharad Kapoor). During this get together Abhayendra Singh (Fardeen Khan) falls in love with Mangala Solanki (Richa Pallod). Abhayendra comes to know of the background of the two families' feud, and makes attempts to reconcile the two families - with disastrous results.

This film is a tale of a willing loser, a good everyday guy who constantly sticks to his principles, fails, and finally takes a drastic step when his family urges him to sacrifice everything he stands for,to give his children what they want.

The story is centered in a village where the parents of first cousins Sujatha (Sadha) and Raghu (Gopichand) decide that both will be married when they become adults. As a child, Sujatha's uncle gives her anklets, which she wears as she grows up. As they grow older, Raghu is caught smuggling money from his house. At school, Raghu beats up a kid for talking to Sujatha. They quarrel, and soon Raghu's family leaves for another village. Sujatha grows to be an attractive college girl, while the villain Raghu becomes a good-for-nothing character. On her way to college, Sujatha meets up with Venkat (Nitin), a poor but handsome, charming enthusiastic boy, and soon after their quarrels they fall in love.

Sujatha falls in love with Ravi even though she is betrothed to Raghu. When Raghu learns about the relationship, he tries to harm Ravi and does everything in his capacity to marry Sujatha.

Radha Krishna and Krishnaveni constantly tease each other and deny any romantic feelings. But when they become engaged to other people, they realize the truth.

Hero Charan (Tarun) a middle class family guy, is cheated by Sanjana (Anitha), a girl from rich family. This is to take revenge on him as he teased her in the past. When the hero comes to see Sanjana after a gap of few months, realizes that she is engaged to an NRI (Rajeev Kanakala), who is an innocent guy and loves to marry a girl with Indian culture. Charan comes to know that the bridegroom happens to be his friend. Then Charan tries to change the egoistic nature of Sanjana from a different angle. Meanwhile, the hero gets a friend Geethanjali (Sridevi), an orphan girl, working in All India Radio and gets attracted by the hero.

Ravi, who belongs to a rich family, loves Vasundhara, the daughter of a milk supplier. Their parents oppose their union and separate them by not allowing them to meet each other for one year.

Ravi (Nitin) and Geeta (Nikita) are childhood friends. Ravi is a carefree guy who roams around with friends without concentrating on studies. Geeta is a sincere student who passes engineering studies. Ravi has love feelings for her and everybody in the town is aware of it except for Geeta. When she is asked by Nitin's sister-in-law when she is planning to marry Ravi, she expresses her surprise and says that they are just friends and she has no feelings for her. She shows her materialistic attitude by saying that she wants her husband to be financially and academically more stronger than her. Ravi is devastated after listening to her logic. He realizes the importance of being a responsible family member and takes up odd jobs to earn money.

An aspiring police officer and trainee Vamshi (Puneeth Rajkumar) is impulsive and aggressive in his ways, with even a little thing unleashing gruesome anger in him. This attitude costs him his dream, as he fails his interview when the panel realizes that he is too compulsive. However, there is a past that warrants for this behavior of his. When he is rejected by the Police academy, he joins his late father`s gang and becomes a goon. This, he doesn`t realize until later, distance him from his mother and lady love. Understanding their importance, when he tries to walk back from the path of violence and immorality, his henchmen do not let him. Will he be able to reform his life for his, and his family`s sake?

When Gemeni, a gangster, falls in love with a girl, he tries to reform his ways. Things change when a new police commissioner is transferred to the city, who plans on ending all criminal activities.

Chamundeswari, a headstrong lady, loves money, ignores human relationships and even dominates her family. When her daughter falls in love with a house helper, she tries everything to separate them.

Eeshan and Sonali, a recently married young couple,find themselves at a crossroads in their relationship, facing problems that lead to a painful separation. Unable to rekindle magic even after therapy from counselors, the couple decide to seek help from an old couple radiating unwavering romantic energy, whom they meet on the road, leading to a strange, yet interesting journey.

Ramu loves Lakshmi, whose father is the chief of the village. In order to prove his love, Ramu must win a challenge posed by a rival village and beat Giridhar, who is also keen on marrying Lakshmi.

Madhav (Uday Kiran) and Seenu (Jatin) are neighbors and best buddies. They play football representing the AP team. During their trip to Calcutta, Seenu gets injured in order to save Madhav from an accident. Doctors say that Seenu is unfit to play football and he can walk only by using a walking stick. Seenu takes a vow from Madhav that he should not tell anybody that he was injured while saving Madhav. Amrutha (Arti Agarwal) is a middle class girl who is raised by their grand parents (K Viswanath and Sujatha). Madhav happens to see Amrutha one fine day and falls in love with her. …… If I start telling the relationships and complexity of the relations, you would complain to me after watching the film that I deprived you of enjoying the happenings on the screen. So let me stop writing the story line and start jumping into actor's performance department.

Shailu (Anushka Shettyl) is a harried, ill-tempered businesswoman living in the United States, trying to care for her mother and young nephew and manage her bills. KK (Jagapati Babu), who with his young daughter opens a shop across the street from hers, helps her find a new perspective on her life. Shailu falls in love with KK, but when she declares her feelings for him learns that he already has a wife, Vidya (Bhumika Chawla). In flashback, the film relates the romance of KK and Vidya. In the past, KK was himself an abrasive businessman when he sought a mate at Jalaja Rao Marriage Bureau. Instead, he winds up courting and marrying Vidya, an employee. KK's dilemma is simplified by the fact that one of the women in his life is dying from chronic leukemia.
