In Southeast Asia, armed guerillas storm a party being hosted by a major Japanese trading company. They kidnap Eri Enomoto (Rika Uesugi), the director's daughter, and demand a huge ransom. But company infighting stalls plans to comply with the kidnappers, and Eri's father collapses from the strain. When Eri's childhood friend, Miki (Natsuki Katoh), learns of the kidnapping and the company's reluctance to save her friend, she decides to try and rescue Eri on her own.

An idealistic young lawyer whose faith in the law is rocked when she is unable to prevent a rapist from walking free. Her disillusionment of the judicial system is complete when her next case goes disastrously wrong, her corrupt boss is killed by her disappointed gangster clients, and she only narrowly escapes the same fate when a gun-toting stranger bursts into the office and shoots the men dead.

Rubber Jack, a Big Apple-based Japanese thief in debt to mobsters, robs a convenience store and winds up with money from a major bank heist. With the help of bartender Cash, a mercenary buddy who first betrays him and then saves his neck, he tracks the source of the bills to Key West, Florida, and the two head south in search of a mysterious woman named Sunny. Meanwhile the mob has caught the whiff of a $2 million payday and is hot on their trail.

Bike runner Takeshi was doing bike race without police noticing him in public road. But one day, he is caught by motorcycle policeman during the race. Aki Fukase is a rookie detective looking to make a name for herself in the field of law enforcement. In 2002, “Fukushu Ho” (Revenge Law) has been implemented. “Fukushu Ho” allows victims or victims' family to exact revenge against criminals directly. Yasuyuki is a middle school teacher. Family members who lost loved ones in the terroristic acts arrive on the island to exact revenge. The victims' families have 18 hours to take revenge. Weapons, food and GPS are given to the families and the locations of the criminals. If the revenge acts are not carried out within 18 hours, the criminals are released.

Four crooks rob a jewelery shop, then head for an abandoned factory where they plan to fence the goods to the Yakuza. Unfortunately, their chosen location happens to be the same place where American scientists had previously experimented on resurrecting the dead.

While imprisoned in South Korea, Kuroki (Hitoshi Ozawa), leader of a yakuza clan, is offered one deal. In exchange for an early release from prison, he is asked to kill a man. The target's name is Tatsuhiko Kaji (Hakuryu), a man who grew up in Japan and is now a senior member of the Korean mafia.
