Invited by her, Kasumi decides to stop by Okusawa, as she feels a great comfort she's never felt before with Toyo's innocence and honesty. Yosuke, the village chief of Okusawa welcomes the two; however, Yohei looks grim as he sees Toyo. In fact, the village has been controlled by Yosuke by using drugs.
