Congratulations Miss Anitha Menon

Dr. Nandakumar and Anantha Padmanabhan are doctors who lived with Ananthan's mother after the death of their father and Nandu's mother. Nandu married Sirdevi with whom they had a daughter while Ananthan marries Radhika. Once Nadhu was too drunk and he made a mistake with one of his patients. Later Ananthan performs surgery on the old man and saves him. Soon the brothers become enemies.

Ananthan joins as a teacher in a college to get over his troubled past. However, his life changes for the better when he meets Sridevi.

Identical twins Revathy and Aswathy are married to Balu and Gopi respectively. Their happy lives are turned upside down when a man from their past comes back and haunts them.
