A story about young Prince from Asian country who is visiting the summer camp in the USSR.

The film takes place in the office of the head of one of the research institutes. The problem of whether or not to be a Vysotsky concert at the institute’s club is being solved. The management is categorically against it, but all employees have already been notified and are looking forward to the performance of their favorite artist...

The head of the institute's department, Bryzgalov, abuses his official position. Many employees put up with this: some of them are afraid of Bryzgalov, others count on his patronage in exchange for their lack of principles. Only Barvinskaya boldly exposes Bryzgalov.

The beginning of the 20th century. Everyone knows the pub "Gambrinus" in the southern seaside town. Here you can always get a mug of fresh beer, meet your friends, have a quick word with the hostess Madame Ivanova and, of course, listen to the inimitable playing of violinist Sasha.

Fitil is a popular Soviet/Russian television satirical/comedy short film series which ran for about 500 episodes. Some of the episodes were aimed at children, and were called Фитилёк, Fitilyok, Little Fuse. Each issue contained from the few short segments: documentary, fictional and animated ones. Directed by various artists, including Leonid Gaidai who presented his famous trio of Nikulin, Vitsin and Morgunov into the cast. It was called in USSR as "the anecdotes from the Soviet government".
