The House

After the death of their father, three siblings return to the family home where they grew up. They intend to sell it and follow their very different paths. But as memories surface in every corner, a fear of getting rid of the past and an impulse to reunite grows in them. As a last tribute to their father, there may still be time to make up for lost time and the house may witness new stories.

Lucas just lost his father and everything around him is starting to crumble. One day he meets Alvaro, who offers him money in exchange for some innocent pictures. Álvaro will use them to create fake accounts in social media to “just talk”, he assures, with underage girls. Desperate for money, Lucas takes the deal.

Lucas wants a motorcycle. He meets Alvaro, who will give him money for just some innocent pictures. With them Alvaro is able to create a fake online identity to contact young girls.

Assembly

This film is Álex Montoya's first feature film: an interesting adaptation of the play La gente by Juli Disla and Jaume Pérez, also screenwriters of the film. The emergence of assembly groups after the political movements after 2011 served their authors to cast a comic look at decision-making processes and the capacity for dialogue of the human being.
