A merciless ghost-killer, capable of possessing his victims, is haunting the city. The crazy comedy "City Day" tells about one day in the life of the inhabitants of the provincial Lyubyakino. Morozov is picked up on the road by Zvezda and his comrades. A new acquaintance is carefully interrogated whether he belongs to a criminal group that has seized power in the city. Soon, the bus is stopped by modern robbers led by the Chieftain. Everyone could have been killed if it hadn't been for the Star. In the past, he led corporate events in Tyumen and offers bandits to organize a performance. The chieftain agrees. Morozov gets the role of Santa Claus.
