Teddy Johnson, a rebel and violent Chesterton High School student, rapes a young teacher. Tired of waiting for justice, Mike, a teacher, organizes a group to avenge the victim. The school aisles turn into a battlefield.

When his boss is killed, Detroit cop Axel Foley finds evidence that the murderer had ties to a California amusement park called Wonder World. Returning to sunny Beverly Hills once more, Foley reunites with Detective Billy Rosewood to solve the case. Along with Billy's new partner, Detective Jon Flint, they discover that Wonder World is being used as a front for a massive counterfeiting ring.

Sheltered rich girl Charlene has an over-protective mother who insists that her daughter should marry a rich doctor. After Charlene's psychic predicts that her future lover is named Steven, she heads to L.A. to search for him.
