A young woman is stuck in the waiting line of a telephone hotline. A surreal episodic short film about the absurdities of urban life and the feeling of paralysing stagnation.

The dictator's shouts are broadcast over the radio to every corner of the country. A fire is flickering in the stove, and an old woman makes provisions for the approaching winter.
