A mockumentary/documentary hybrid which covers the actual making of the show South Park but with a fictional spin, apparently spoofing similar such shows, with the creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, portrayed as arrogant, obnoxious jerks who are only in it for the money.

South Central LA. Just out of jail and tired of the gangster lifestyle, Panther (Glenn Plummer) and his homey Ray (Chris Spencer) leave the hood on Ninja-style motorcycles riding cross-country to the 4th of July celebration in Washington D.C.

Comedians are given makeovers to be transformed into someone completely new, and then have a fully-improvised interview with host Vic Michaelis.

Archie searches the back alley of Hollywood and discovers more lies than truth. Ultimately he finds the woman he is looking for and the dark reality of being a black man in tinsel town.
