Liza is a young woman with two weaknesses: her two children. Life, so far, has not written the best scenario for her as she is an, unemployed widow. A lie will get her a job, but it will entangle her in an incredible adventure.

When Nondas, a shady 50-year-old nightclub operator, rescues the despairing Alkiviadis, tied to train tracks after endless debts and a loveless marriage, he impulsively drags him along on his own road trip to find the mother of Persephone, the baby burdened upon him by an ex.

Elias of the 16th Precinct follows three friends – Elias, Thomas and Vangelis – who face considerable financial hurdles with their debts rivalling the size of Everest.
