Bulky Kwang and his cousin Tian are decorators who live next to pretty mainland whore Feng, who undresses every morning at the window and drives Kwang crazy. The story is about a young girl named So Siu-siu. Siu-siu's mother had committed suicide when Siu-siu was young. One day, the officer Mang visits the brothel and catches a glimpse of Siu-siu. He becomes interested in her, however Siu-siu has no interest in Mang. Instead, she falls in love with another officer's nephew. Her aunt tries to break the relationship between Siu-siu and her 'Dream Lover'.

Note - Both of the lead characters are actually called "Fung" in Cantonese, so I have used the Mandarin forms of their names, to distinguish them.
