Masaki (Yoshiaki Umegaki) agrees, saying he will not interfere if Isamu comes under Joji’s protection. However, when Joji goes to meet them, Isamu and his crew have already fled. They escape from Kobe to Yokohama, where Kawakami (Tatsuya Nakazawa) and Ryuji (Tatsuya Kishida) keep a wary eye on the newly appointed Keihin Rengokai director, Sakagami (Yoshiki Kanahashi).
