Tomie: Beginning

Following some trauma in her past that has since been repressed, a young woman is trying to recover her memories with the help of a psychiatrist. During her hypnosis sessions, she repeats the name "Tomie" but is unable to recall where she knows it from. Meanwhile, a police detective is investigating a string of brutal murders, where he also runs across the name "Tomie." How are the two connected?

Tomie is a mysterious, beautiful girl you just can't get rid of. She will come to your life from nowhere, and whatever you do, kill her or love her, she will come back to you in the end.

Filling the screen images both stark and surreal, director Ataru Oikawa draws an unadulterated portrait of youth.

Its objective is simple: a group of high school girls murder each other until one of them achieves seven kills.

In the near future Japan's economy is in shambles and bet bowling is huge. Team Kingpin hopes the government will ban bet bowling so they can open a casino. The team full of beautiful girls, team allways, engages in a fierce battle to stop them.

Set in a house in the suburbs, the film uses black humor to depict the horrors caused by a strange drainage pipe that drags people in.
