The water dances through this world and flows at its perfect rhythm, until the hand of man interrupts that journey, can we be part of that journey in a natural way? Are we on time?

"Tengo un sueño" is a documentary that, through the process of artistic preparation of children and young people, coming from historically marginalized communities, portrays the power of vindication and social transformation that art has; culminating with a Grand Event at the National Auditorium in Mexico City.
