Chloe is a young woman who leads a small and happy life, letting herself be happily by the things of life... with a certain nonchalance. But visceral physical pain makes herself bend little by little. Where does this mysterious illness come from? Will Chloe succeed in getting rid of it ?

In the fifties, young Alice leaves her natal Swiss mountains for the sunny and vibrant shores of Beirut. She falls madly in love with Joseph, a quirky astrophysicist intent on sending the first Lebanese national into space. Alice quickly fits in among his relatives, but after years of bliss, the civil war threatens their Garden of Eden.

The journey is meant to allow her to discover Lebanon, and address her identity issues. Ironically, a new war breaks out a few days before her departure. Her plans are upset, but the irrational attachment she nurtures for this wounded country pushes her to leave nevertheless…

Paul, aged 8, doesn't want to take his dog Paulette for a walk. Which is hardly surprising: his family's just moved to a new neighborhood and Paul doesn't like the unfamiliar - it's too risky. But, when Paulette runs off, Paul finds himself face to face with a crew of kids and their homemade treehouse-raft! Soon, it's all aboard for a mysterious mission, full of excitement and adventure...
