Malika is 47 and looks 10 years younger. Her life has always been one of intensity and chance encounters. Tired of this perpetual instability, she takes shelter for a while at Kamel, her father, in the flat where she grew up, and reconnects with him before he leaves to return to Algeria.

Sissi and Victoria are sisters. Whereas the younger is slowly emerging from the world of childhood, the elder tries in vain to be a grown up. In the room they share, Sissi is preparing for her gymnastic competition and Victoria has boys coming and going.

This is the story of a summer during which little happens, of a present haunted by memories, too far away, of people who don’t agree. It is the story to be filled in.

Ana feels like she is suffocating, oppressed by school, boys, societal constraints. She escapes, taking along her friend Marilou despite her better judgement. Venturing into the forest, the two adolescents discover the force of sudden, intense friendships.
