Rock Goes To College was a BBC series that ran between 1978 and 1981 on British television. A variety of up-coming rock oriented bands were showcased live from small venues and broadcast simultaneously on television and radio during a 40-50 minute live performance. It was a follow-on to the mid-1960s BBC series Jazz Goes to College.

Featuring musicians Annie Haslam, Michael Dunford, Jon Camp, John Tout, and Terry Sullivan, this classic lineup of progressive rock band Renaissance performs songs from albums Ashes are Burning, Turn of the Cards, Scheherazade and Other Stories, and Novella, including "Carpet of the Sun", "Mother Russia", and "Can You Hear Me?" in a stripped-down rock band arrangement, at the Golders Green Hippodrome, London, for the BBC Two series, Sight and Sound In Concert.

Camel Live in Concert at the Hammersmith Odeon, April 14, 1976: This long-lost recording was finally recovered in 2006. With the original lineup of Andrew Latimer, Doug Ferguson, the late Peter Bardens and Andy Ward, this recording was made during the promotion of Camel's 1976 album Moonmadness. Recorded live at the Golders Green Hippodrome in London on September 22, 1977, Camel's performance for the BBC's "Sight & Sound In Concert" series captures the band during their "Rain Dances" tour. This concert features the lineup of Andrew Latimer (guitar, vocals), Peter Bardens (keyboards), Andy Ward (drums), Richard Sinclair (bass, vocals), and Mel Collins (saxophones, flute). The setlist includes tracks like "First Light," "Unevensong," and "Lunar Sea," showcasing the band's blend of progressive rock with jazz influences. Originally broadcast simultaneously on BBC TV and Radio 1 on October 1, 1977, this performance remains a significant moment in Camel's live history.

The Apollo Theater, Glasgow, Scotland - December 31, 1979. This concert video was originally broadcast live by the BBC on the OLD GREY WHISTLE TEST program. It was the 2nd night they'd played at The Apollo, with the first serving as a warmup. Only the second half of this show was broadcast, minus a few encores. AC/DC live at the Golders Green Hippodrome In London, England. With Bon Scott, this is AC/DC at one of their best times! Filmed by the BBC on October 27th 1977 for "Sight & Sound In Concert" and broadcast on 29 October 1977. Originally shot on video, the audio used on this DVD was taken from the original video master which was in mono, so the 2.0 mix is not a 'real' stereo mix. Although issued commercially and only in Japan, this DVD can be considered a semi-official DVD, not authorized by the band or Sony, and the US release planned for February 2003 was canceled for this reason. Counterfeit copies have been released.
