Gusztáv, also known as Gustavus, was Hungarian series of animated short cartoons for adults. It was extremely popular in Eastern Europe, where it has achieved cult status. It ran from 1964-1977. Each episode tells an adventure of the main character, Gustav, related to the gray realities of urban life. Characteristic feature of the show was that episodes were independent: for example, Gustav is sometimes a bachelor, sometimes has large family. In Eastern Europe and Yugoslavia the episodes were broadcast on TV in the 80s, usually as airtime filler. The series was also broadcast in Western Europe and even in New Zealand - because it was not using language, other than gibberish sound, it was able to easily transcend boundaries.

After a long journey with new brown bear friend Lea, Lars finds his parents have become ill. While fetching medicine, Lars crosses the snow line for the first time and learns about the forest. With his parents cured, it’s time to relax until Yuri, the funny Puffin, drops in unable to fly. It’s up to Lars and his chillin’ chums to help Yuri head back to the skies where he belongs!

In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on the anthropomorphic animal-controlled Planet X, a party of mafioso cats plot to enact a genocide against the mouse population of the world. Pumuckl is a Kobold from a German radio play series for children. He is a descendant of the Klabautermänner. He is invisible to people around him except for the master carpenter Eder with whom Pumuckl lives. Pumuckl was invented by Ellis Kaut for a radio play series of the Bavarian Radio in 1961. Later on it was turned into a very successful TV series. Three movies and a musical also deal with the adventures of the little kobold. Pumuckl is one of the most popular characters in children's entertainment in Germany and several generations have now grown up with the cheeky but funny little Kobold.
