In a lush and lively forest lives a hedgehog. He is at once admired, respected and envied by the other animals. However, Hedgehog’s unwavering devotion to his home annoys and mystifies a quartet of insatiable beasts: a cunning fox, an angry wolf, a gluttonous bear and a muddy boar. Together, the haughty brutes march off towards Hedgehog’s home to see just what is so precious about this “castle, shiny and huge.” What they find amazes them and sparks a tense and prickly standoff.

The water reached up to our necks, and very soon, over our heads. The mountains became islands and the islands became hills in the darkness of the deep. The palms became sea anemones and the sea anemones remained what they were. The Wall Street was still full of sharks. Venice floated a while longer, and then… If a global catastrophe is a state of mind, then music is the raft.

Through an opening between reality and subtle forms of poetry, surreal scenes and disturbing paradoxes reveal infinite loops of existence. An attempt to capture the schizophrenic beauty of human existence, in which rationality is merely a subjective anomaly at the edges of consciousness. A film that rather than giving answers is inspired by questions.

The main character is trying to give an answer to a simple question. He is wandering through a labyrinth of intuitive visions. In some particular way this question seems to determine his life. His answer is always the same - Do we have any answers to the big important questions.
