Naughty but lovable, Yumurcak, the darling of the neighborhood, lives with his father Nihat, who makes a living as a driver. Every day, he does mischievous things that drive the neighborhood shopkeepers crazy, but no one can stay mad at him. Nihat has told Yumurcak that his mother is dead, but in reality, she is still alive. The reason Nihat separated from Selma years ago was because Selma's malicious stepmother and nephew framed Nihat for robbing the factory where he worked. One day, Nihat gets into an accident and ends up in prison. When Yumurcak visits his father in prison, Selma is also there and sees him. She meets him without revealing that she is his mother. Selma now wants to take her son back; however, Nihat strongly opposes this. Taking Yumurcak back and rebuilding their home will not be easy for Selma.

Yumurcak is a very naughty boy, living with his father Nihat who is a cab driver. One day a bar singer named Aysel gets on his car, escaping from someone. Nihat saves her and becomes her driver. Bekir who is the partner of the bar, fancies Aysel and he is very jealous of her. Another gangster kills him and puts the blame on Nihat. Yumurcak's mother Selma, having learned the news, walks carelessly on the street and gets hit by a car in an accident and becomes blind. Yumurcak finds the gun of the crime in the garden, takes it to the judge and asks for his father's release. Bekir tries to escape and he kidnaps Yumurcak. However Nihat and the inspector reach just in time. Yumurcak and his family return to their happy days.

The little boy, who earns money by working alongside the local shopkeepers, sees his life take a completely different turn when he meets Selma, a young woman. Selma, who has lost her child, takes Yumurcak in as her own son. Meanwhile, Nihat, who has been in prison for years, begins searching for his son Yumurcak after being released. However, upon witnessing the young boy's happy life, he chooses to remain in his son's vicinity without revealing his identity.

When Zeynep tells him that she is pregnant and that she will wait for him, Murat has no other choice but surrender.
