A group of friends, who love to make bets with one another, play a prank that goes horribly wrong when one of them is murdered.

For 20 years, intrepid police detective Vijay has believed the malicious Amar Singh murdered Vijay's twin brother, Lallu. Vijay eventually dredges up enough evidence to put the crafty Amar in the slammer, but he walks on a technicality. Events take a surprising turn, however, when Lallu suddenly shows up again.

A man comes to America in order to find his brother who is wanted by the police. But his search forces him to get mixed up with a lady gangster that facilitates illegal underground fights.
