Lunch Time

Three members of an extended Afghan family start their lives over in Iran as refugees, unaware they face a decades-long struggle ahead to be "at home".

Saaghi and her two friends have come to the largest park in Teheran to take pictures of the one-in-a-century total eclipse announced later in the afternoon. Mischievous and rebellious, they steal a camera stand, lie to their parents and discuss boys as well as an upcoming party. Their wanderings lead them to a remote part of the park. As the sun disappears, Saaghi sees something that should have stayed hidden.

Four kids start their journey to the moon with the mission of finding a mysterious place called The Redland but the gates of Redland are being guarded by a mischievous snake.

Hans, a mediocre heartbroken actor, is greeted by an Angel of Death after attempting suicide an hour before his play's premiere. A sarcastic dark humour conversation begins as Hans tries to convince the Angel that he should be brought back to the world of the living while the Angel enjoys delicious cheeseburgers and lemonade and gives the actor relationship advice.

After the deterioration of her situation in Afghanistan, Arezo's mother flees to Germany to rejoin with her daughter who moved there years ago. However, when her application for asylum is rejected, they decide, based on the supposedly poor health of the mother, to appeal against the deportation. On the day of the court-ordered medical checkup, Arezo injects her mother with a potent and dangerous drug designed to fool the medical tests. But while the plan seems to work, her mother's condition is deteriorating faster than expected.
