Sillon 672

With a rushing smear, a cyclist begins his race.

Liza is an abstract film that takes its name from a composition by George Gershwin.

In the countryside of yesteryear, in the mines and factories, these men of the past seem to share the same sorrows. Something seems to resonate within us today, perhaps it's just an illusion, or perhaps it's simply the humbleness of everyday life.

Birds of paradise, displaying their most beautiful plumage, sing and intrigue in the middle of tropical forests. One of them takes us into their world. Their songs and dances lead to a parade, offering a genuine spectacle. But the forest takes on another tone, human hands disturb this harmony and richness. Brutality settles in before giving over to silence.

A musical directly animated on film where the leitmotiv is the circle and its variations.
