Flies in Meatpacking District - The Story About the Original Shi-Bi-Dua
The story of the original Shu-Bi-Dua
Danish documentary from 2016. In September 1971 four young men met in a garden in Gentofte. They wanted to form a band and soon found that they could joke their way to one hit after another. Several years later their cheerful approach turned them into Denmark's largest band to date. But if their success came easily, it would also become their biggest problem. Besides being hit by alcoholism and stage directing, they faced an overriding dilemma: Should they stick to their happy bad-boy tone they had so much luck with, or try to become adults?
